"Worth" typically implies some kind of cost, but the two DLC you are referring to are entirely free and entirely optional, so "worth" doesn't apply. Everything else though adds solid value and content to the main game for sure. Arguably Butcher and Musket being the exceptions (Butcher just adds PvP with is very hit or miss, and Musket is basically just an Arb skin).
